From idea to delivered cards, a bespoke project typically takes about 2 months. We confirm a firm schedule with your quote and build in buffer, so seasonal peaks or shipping never put your deadline at risk — for Christmas and seasonal projects, please enquire early.

What's the minimum order?
The minimum for corporate orders is 80 pieces, with tiered pricing for larger runs.
Why is there a design fee?
Even when the idea is yours, we redraw and model it as detailed 2D and 3D files — that's real design work. The fee is agreed before we begin and invoiced in stages as you approve each step, so you only pay for work you've signed off.
How long does a custom project take?
About 2 months from brief to delivery (≈20–25 days design + 25–30 days production). We confirm a firm schedule with your quote; please order early for seasonal deadlines.
Can I order a sample before production?
Yes. You can order a sample of any existing design before you commit. For a bespoke card, you approve detailed 3D proofs at each design stage, and a physical pre-production prototype can be arranged on request — we'll confirm it in your quote.
Can you reproduce our building or logo?
Yes — we model your landmark, logo or product as a 3D pop-up.
Do you invoice and ship internationally?
Yes to both; pay by invoice, delivered worldwide.
