Shipping and returns
📦 Every card is carefully packed in a rigid protective envelope, so your handcrafted paper art arrives flawless and undamaged. We don't compete on the cheapest postage — we want your card to arrive exactly as it was made.
Delivery methods
Pickup point: Malminkartano, 00410 Helsinki. Pickup is by arrangement only — we agree on a pickup time in advance and send the exact pickup address by email after your order is confirmed.
With the write & send service we hand-write your message into each card and post it straight to the recipients you choose. Price: writing service 2,00 € per order + Posti postage by weight and destination (one recipient = one envelope). Delivery is Posti Economy class, and we'll email you a confirmation once the cards have been sent. For recipients in Finland you can also choose a tracked delivery at checkout (6,50 €/envelope).

Shipping costs
For light domestic orders (total weight up to 50 g) you can choose at checkout between an affordable letter without tracking, or a tracked shipment. Heavier orders are always sent tracked, based on the number of cards.

We also ship abroad. Orders to Europe and the rest of the world travel as Posti letters, priced by weight — you'll see the exact amount at checkout once you choose your country. The maximum letter weight is 2 kg; for larger batches, contact us.
Returns and right of withdrawal
- Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item, using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer — unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or a full refund.
- Partial cancellation: if you cancel only part of the order, we refund the cancelled items but not the original shipping costs.
- Handling: you may handle the product only as much as needed to inspect it, as you would in a shop. If it is handled more than that, you may be responsible for any loss in value.
- Personalised products: custom and made-to-order items — including handwritten cards and the “Kirjoitamme ja postitamme puolestasi” service — are excluded from the right of withdrawal, because they are made individually to your request (Consumer Protection Act 6:16).
How to return
- 1 Fill in the cancellation form or contact us by email.
- 2 Pack the products carefully in similar protective packaging.
- 3 Send the products back within the withdrawal period.
- 4 We process the refund once we have received and checked the returned items.
