14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product — no reason required.
You only need: your order number your email address
Good to know
- You can find the order number in your order confirmation email (e.g. POP-1048).
- You will receive an acknowledgement by email right away. If your order has already been shipped, we will email the return instructions separately.
- If you cancel only part of the order, we refund the cancelled items but not the original shipping costs.
- You can also withdraw by sending us a free-form email (include your order number, name and email address): info@paperitaika.fi
- Exception: custom and made-to-order products — including the personalised "we write & post" service — have no right of withdrawal (Consumer Protection Act 6:16).
